By signing up and actively using the PocketChangeGPT program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. PocketChangeGPT may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with PocketChangeGPT. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the PocketChangeGPT program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.  If you are not actively logging in and using your account once every 21 days it is subject to deletion and forefit of earnings.  You will then have to email me and I will reinstate your account but you will not recover any lost funds.  You must signup using your valid address only!

 

When actively using the site, you agree to all changes to this policy, and agree to maintain a fraud free environment.  Examples of fraud, but not limted to are:

 

Complete the same offers more than once on ANY site

Using Fake/False information

Logging into the site on any computer OTHER than your HOME computer

Having more than one account

 

Should you break any of these rules, you will be immediately removed from the site without pay.

 

You and PocketChangeGPT are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and PocketChangeGPT. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of PocketChangeGPT. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the PocketChangeGPT program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

 

PocketChangeGPT will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or PocketChangeGPT program, even if PocketChangeGPT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, PocketChangeGPT aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

 

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with PocketChangeGPT and may result in legal prosecution. PocketChangeGPT strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. PocketChangeGPT may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. PocketChangeGPT will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use PocketChangeGPT's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

 

PocketChangeGPT collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

 

Some of our services require you to register for an account. PocketChangeGPT asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, e-gold account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

 

Upon your first visit to PocketChangeGPT, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

 

We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. PocketChangeGPT does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.

 

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some PocketChangeGPT features or services may not function properly without cookies.

 

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member’s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.

 

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.

 

 

 

All cashouts for cash and prizes must be cashed out MIDNIGHT EST.  All contests winners will be permitted to cash out no later than MIDNIGHT EST on the 1st.  Jackpot Tickets and Promo Codes must be requested by 6PM EST on the last day of the month so they have time for processing.  Any requests made after this will be processed the following month.  All payments will be made Net 30-35.  Occasioanly we will run contests where one or some members may be paid early.  Additionally all prizes will be mailed on the Net 30 basis.  For example, if you request cashout December 31st you will be paid no later than February 5th. If for some reason we believe you to be frauding we may request that you submit a photo ID showing the address on your account before we will pay you. 

 

If you currently own or operate and get paid to site, you are not allowed to the following.

Offer Fraud

You are only to complete offers that truely intrest you.  You must always use your valid information.  The use of pre-paid credit cards is un-acceptable.  Cancelling trials immediately after you receive credit for them is un-acceptable.  You are only to complete each offer one time ever, regardless of how many sites it is on.  You may only use your valid, home address when signing up.  All addresses, phone numbers, and IP's are checked before payments are made.  If your address shows to be invalid, is a business, school (besides dorm), or any other address besides a home address your account will be terminated and you will not be paid.
